Use this page to register for access to e-AQA services including Enhanced Results Analysis. Simply enter your centre number here and complete the registration form.

Security

e-AQA is a password-protected section of the AQA Website, allowing only registered users in AQA centres secure access to AQA services. All necessary precautions are taken to ensure that data is protected. Users can see only information relevant to their centre.

Centre number

This is the 5 digit number by which your centre is known at the National Centre Register for use by all Awarding Bodies.

Title

You can choose your title from the drop-down list. The title you choose here is what will appear on the web page and in communications from AQA.

You can use any characters in the first name: maximum length 40 characters. This field is not case sensitive, so Jane and JANE are both acceptable. How you present the information here is how it will appear on the web page and in communications from AQA.

Last name

You can use any characters in the last name: maximum length 40 characters. This field is not case sensitive, so Jones and JONES are both acceptable. How you present the information here is how it will appear on the web page and in communications from AQA.

e-mail

Nominate one e-mail address. This is the address that AQA will use to acknowledge your registration when you submit your details, and for other communications in the course of your use of e-AQA. Our security checks include verification of this address. You can use any characters. This field is not case sensitive, but must include the characters @ and at least one dot, in standard e-mail format.

Position

Please choose the description from the list that most closely describes your role at the centre.

Telephone

There are no format requirements: maximum length 40 characters.

You should choose a username that is personally memorable. This is the name by which you are identified to e-AQA. This will be activated when security checks have been completed, and you will be informed by e-mail and post. Your username must be at least 6 characters and not more than 32; you can use any characters. Your username is not case sensitive, but must be unique, so it will be rejected if the name you choose has already been allocated to someone else.

Choose a password

You should choose a password that is personally memorable. This must be kept secure. Never write log-in details down without disguising them so they are meaningful only to you. Your password must be between 6 and 16 characters. It must include either 2 numbers (0-9) and 4 letters (a-z, A-Z) or 4 numbers (0-9) and 2 letters (a-z, A-Z). It is case sensitive.

Enter the password again here. It is case sensitive so it must be an exact copy of the first entry.

You can use any characters and the maximum length is 255 characters. It is case sensitive, but you must be able to repeat it exactly, so something like Mother’s maiden name is a good idea.
